Yes. We have a smooth and efficient process that will allow us to call you back and provide estimates even when we are on the road or not in the office.

Residential: $165/hour  
Commercial: $195/hour

Yes. When a project is being performed on an hourly basis, we typically charge a $385 minimum fee for any residential repair call and a $485 minimum fee for any commercial repair call. Please know that this does not include the cost of materials.

Yes. But, if you are a new client and we do not hear back from you after sending two separate estimates, you will not receive any more.

No. Your estimate typically includes labor, materials, and disposal fees to complete your project. Please let us know if you will be supplying materials.

FAQ Answer: It depends. Repairs take anywhere from a couple of hours to a week or more, depending on the project’s complexity. We aim to get you back to your home or business as soon as possible.

We can typically be at your home or business within one to fourteen days.

Another Top FAQ Answered: There are times when we can give a quick estimate over the phone, but there are times when we need a little time to put a plan together, which may require researching material, etc. Estimates such as these are free. However, there may be times when we need to request an Onsite Consultation, and when needed, we reserve the right to request a fee of $175 for this type of visit. Please know that if you are charged a fee and you elect to move forward with your project, the entire fee will be credited to you.

Often, a call is taken or made when the handyman is out in the field, and a lot of project information is shared over the phone and thorough notes are sometimes difficult to take. To better serve the customer, this feature is commonly used as a “notepad,” and the handyman will revert to a recorded call when back in the office to create an estimate versus having to call back and ask the customer to recite the information about their project.

Yes. All labor and workmanship provided by Handyman Bill Can on all repairs are guaranteed for one year from the final invoice date. We stand by the quality of our award-winning work and have a 5-star reputation to back it up.

Yes. We are licensed and insured. It is suggested that other handyman service companies you might be talking to are as well.

Yes. If the location is outside of the 15-mile working radius of our home office, we charge a $65.00 Service Call Fee.

Yes. Suppose the job requires us to purchase materials for your project. In that case, a reasonable and fair markup will be applied to cover the cost of spending money upfront, going to the hardware store, selecting the needed items, loading things up, and delivering everything to your home or business.
